Bagged Bitumen Emulsions and Cold Joint Paints
At Jobling Purser we strive to bring new initiatives to our market place. In line with this belief we are pleased to introduce a unique packaging solution for Cold Bitumen Emulsions and Cold Joint Paints. With ever greater pressures to reduce the quantities of packaging going to landfill, the Jobling Purser Bag can bring up to a 99% reduction in waste packaging and up to 99% elimination of waste material usually left in conventional containers along with the benefit of reducing the overall carbon emissions per litre.The Jobling Purser bags are a double skinned plastic bag with a re-sealable 25mm diameter opening. We can supply up to 20kg of product per bag, delivered in special collapsible box pallets with a plastic bund lining which can carry up to 1,100
litres of product per pallet.
The Jobling Purser Bags can be used in conjunction with a purpose built bag spike drum (The Bag Spike design is protected by “Unregistered Design Rights”) to enable users to easily empty the contents into a reusable drum ready for use on site.The Jobling Purser Bags and Bag Spike have been through a process of development and now established, have been implemented within local councils and national contractors.

Rapid Asphalt Repair
Emergency Road Repair System
Rapid Asphalt Repair has been developed in conjunction with the Highways Agency and is classified as an Emergency Patching Material (EPM) complying with Clause 995 of the Highways Agency’s Specification for Highway Work.
Rapid Asphalt Repair has been specifically engineered for the temporary refurbishment of surfaces compromised by road traffic incidents until planned permanent reinstatement can be organized during low traffic periods. Rapid Asphalt Repair enables the road to be opened swiftly after the incident is cleared reducing traffic congestion. Cure time of the Rapid Asphalt Repair is typically less than 30 minutes. With thorough preparation a more permanent repair is possible.
Rapid Asphalt Repair is a two part, solvent free polyurethane resin system which enables speedy repairs to fire damaged, vehicle gouged or depressed surfaces. The repair is finished off with a bauxite stone with a PSV of 70 giving a skid resistant surface.
A typical damaged Road Surface which is likely to cause a hazard to road users.Rapid Asphalt Repair has already begun to be used to repair the damaged area to the right of the picture.
