A WIDE RANGE OF BRITISH STANDARD EMULSIONS FOR BOTH STANDARD AND SPECIALIST APPLICATIONS.Sprayco Bitumen Road Emulsion
- K1-40 Emulsion (5kg kegs, 25kg kegs, 200kg drums, 1000kg IBC, Bulk) TACKCOAT.- K1-60 Emulsion (25kg kegs, 200kg drums, 1000kg IBC, Bulk) COLD APPLIED SURFACE DRESSING BINDER.
- K1-70 Emulsion (200kg drums, Bulk) HOT APPLIED SURFACE DRESSING BINDER.
- K3-60 Emulsion (25kg kegs, 200kg drums, 1000kg IBC, Bulk) SLURRY SEALING BINDER.
- K3 Stabiliser (25kg) a doping agent which can be added to our K360 emulsion to increase the breaking time allowing greater workability characteristics.
- Jetspray Emulsion (200kg Drums, 1000kg IBC, Bulk) A proprietary Bituminous Binder formulated specially for use with velocity patching machines.
-Probond 60 (200Kg Drums, Bulk) A polymer modified bitumen emulsion used as a Bond Coat for bituminous surfacing materials in accordance with the Specification for Highway Works - Clause 920.
-Coloured Surfacing Bond Coat (unpigmented) (25Kg). Based upon a translucent synthetic bitumen, our ‘Coloured Surfacing Bond Coat' allows contractors to lay coloured asphalt surface courses without the inherent problems of black ‘bleed-through' or tracking/staining, associated with the use of conventional black bitumen Bond Coats.
- Bitumen Emulsions manufactured to exceed BS 434 Part 1 for use in road maintenance and construction.
- We also manufacture a range of Anionic emulsions to customer requirements.
Sprayco Plus
Sprayco Plus has been designed to bridge the gap between conventional (British Standard) surface dressing binders and very high performance polymer emulsions from which system it has been developed. It is therefore recommended for use on principal roads and/or difficult sites which may not justify the need for high performance polymers.
